sources  reported  that former prime minister and current Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan stated that the party would be withdrawing from all assemblies.

Note that the Imran Khan-led party is in charge of both the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province and the Punjab region thanks to a coalition with the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q).

Former Prime Minister called on party members and supporters to overcome their dread of death at the opening of his speech.

Imran Khan claimed that the people of Kufa did not come to rescue Imam Hussain (A.S) because they were afraid of the authorities and their own safety. “Fear can turn a whole country into a slave state.”

The ex-prime minister claimed that he had been warned by everyone to stay in Rawalpindi owing to his wounded leg and the threats against him.

He said that the “three criminals” he holds responsible for the Wazirabad attack were waiting around for another opportunity to kill him. He told the assembled throng that he had a brush with death and urged them to strengthen their convictions.
